- Upon execution of rental agreement, tenant
shall pay a security deposit in the amount of
$500.00 to $1,000.00 U.S. dollars depending upon
the property. Such deposit shall be
refundable if tenant must cancel for a good cause
prior to sixty days (60) before occupancy.
Thereafter, deposit shall be refunded after
premises have been vacated, and cleaning cost,
utilities and telephone obligations cleared, as
applicable. Could be up to sixty days (60)
depending on bills.
- All units are professionally cleaned
before and after occupancy, tenants are
responsible for the charge of post occupancy
cleaning.
- All units are fully furnished, linens,
dishes, all you need are your personal belongings
- All units are non-smoking.
- We do have some units that are pet
friendly
- If property has a private pool or spa,
tenant to assume responsibility for natural gas
and electricity, pool heaters are normally turned
on two days prior to arrival.
- All utilities are provided by the owner
with a $75.00 cap per utility per month. Any
amount over $75.00 will be charged to the tenant.
- Tenant is responsible for all long
distance phone calls
